A few months ago, in mid-January, Elizabeth and I zipped around Greenville SC for two days picking up home goods to decorate her senior year second semester college bedroom.
I had to really talk her into the pair of pink velvet chairs, she wasn’t about pink velvet at all, yet they were a good price.
Putting together a room so very similar to putting together an outfit. It’s fun to combine different pieces. For the Humanities Academic Achievement Awards she asked for shoe recommendation, I suggested closed toe black bootie for business casual dress requirement.
Suite Elizabeth; love you, love your room, enjoy your success.
I love the tranquil, serene haven you and Elizabeth created for her. You’ve proved once again that it’s not necessary to spend a fortune to stylishly furnish a room. Where did you source the triangular table in front of the pink velvet chairs?
Thank you Rachel! I just checked with Lizzie and she ordered that tabel online at Wayfair. It arrived quickly and she put it together, super easy! Wishing you an amazing weekend. xoxo
