Lifestyle and food post: twenty-three year old second son decided he needed a break from fast city apartment living and twenty-four year old first son home on break from second year law school for a few weeks before he heads to Costa Rica for legal internship work for the summer. So, took a break from the turkey meatballs with shredded carrots and did the real deal with organic ground beef, veal, and pork.
The men are back in the house so ditched the braised turkey meatball sauce and followed Ina, again, for old-fashioned spaghetti and meatballs. Slid in whole wheat pasta though. Rounded it out with caesar salad, garlic bread and everyone is happy. Good food and dinner at home is love. Especially when it’s 37 degrees outside in the middle of May. Stay warm, eat well. 🙂
